AGREEMENT

INSTRUCTIONS: Complete and return this application to reserve your space. Available exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of this document. Additional Marketing Opportunities payments are due in full and are non-refundable. Space will not be reserved without payment.

Please Note: Exhibitors will be allowed to showcase and offer samples of their non-THC products/services in the exhibit hall at The Original CBD Expo Tour. All samples MUST be compliant with the regulations of the state.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The organization listed above contracts with The Original CBD Expo Tour. For complete terms and conditions visit CBDExpo.net.

PAYMENT

The full amount of the booth, which is tiered depending at time of purchase, is due and payable at the time of contract signing.

All booth sales, regardless of payment method chosen, will require a credit card on file. If payment is chosen & paid through an alternative option other than credit card, the card on file will not be charged.

PROMO CODES

In the case that the exhibitor exceeds the limits of the promo code count, the credit card on file will be charged per ticket exceeding the promo code limit.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

The terms and conditions of this Agreement are confidential and cannot be disclosed to any third party without written consent. This Agreement is intended to be fully binding.

SELLING ON-SITE

Any sale of CBD products must abide by the state laws that the event is taking place in.

HOLD HARMLESS

The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the Venue premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Venue, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. The terms of this provision shall survive the termination or expiration of the Agreement. Such damages include, but are not limited to, the following:

The use of nails, duct tape or any adhesive, glue, or staples in the Hotel’s meeting space is not allowed in exposed molding or walls. Damage charges will be assessed by the Venue’s Chief Engineer prior to the departure of the production company; therefore, questions regarding whether or not the use of nails or staples is necessary may be directed to the Venue. All signs and posters must be professionally printed and displayed (flip charts or handwritten signs and posters are unacceptable).

If the exhibitor chooses to use a canopy within their booth space, the tent canopy must be flame retardant. If the canopy is proven to be a fire hazard, the exhibitor will be asked to take it down.

No propaganda to be distributed outside of booth unless a branding sponsorship has been purchased.

We do not allow the exploitation of women or men in a sexual nature through the use of any advertising and marketing propaganda.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT

The exhibitor floor manager is subject to change the booth arrangement to meet the Fire Marshall’s requirements, concerns, etc. at any time.

PROFESSIONALISM

Exhibitors are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism while exhibiting at the individual events. This includes, but is not limited to, dressing in appropriate business casual attire, presenting professional exhibitor booths/displays and engaging in respectful communication among fellow exhibitors, delegates and event/venue staff. Inappropriate behavior that may deter from the educational objectives of the event and exhibits will not be tolerated and may cause the Exhibitor not to be invited to future events. By signing this agreement, the Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the Professionalism policy of the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon signing this agreement, your firm is responsible for 100% payment. In the event that the Event Organizer cancels the event due to an act of God, declaration of war, act of foreign enemies, one or more occurrences that could directly or indirectly impair travel, or any other act or event that directly or indirectly causes cancellation of the conference, The Original CBD Expo Tour shall have the right to retain 25% of the sponsorship fees to cover pending costs. The remaining fees shall be credited to the sponsorship of one or more future events to be determined at The Original CBD Expo Tour’s discretion.

NON-REFUNDABLE

Additional charges may apply if you decide to switch booth to different show (Must to it 30 days before the show).
No Refunds / Show Relocation fee if less than 30 days.
Prior to 30 days, we are refunding 50% back.

NON-PERFORMANCE

The Original CBD Expo Tour staff reserves the right to charge the Sponsor and have a credit card on file if the Sponsor fails to provide the expectations set within the Sponsorship for causes such as:
– Failing to provide satisfactory quality of product, including, failure to notify The Original CBD Expo Tour’s staff.

– Failing to keep or perform within the time period set forth herein. Time is of the essence with respect to all provisions within this Agreement. Any delay in performance by either party shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

NON COMPETE

All Exhibitors and Sponsors agree to NOT sponsor, host, conduct or produce an event in the same venue from show set up times until show take down times.

TAKE DOWN

All Exhibitors and Sponsors agree to NOT begin break down of their exhibit space until 30 minutes prior to show close AT THE EARLIEST Failure to abide by this will result in financial compensation to show management.

LEAD RETRIEVAL

Exhibitors will receive lead retrieval with their booth package. We will be selling the Attendee List prior to the first show date for $999.00 to exhibitors only. If exhibitors would like to purchase the list following the show, it will be available for a rate of $1 per name on the existing list.

GUEST PASSES OR EXTRA PASSES

As part of the negotiated package, Exhibitor’s will get 10 passes to the conference.  Exhibitor’s with exhibitor passes will be granted access to the After Party. If attendee’s would like to attend the After Party tickets can be purchased. Additional passes will be available at a discounted rate to be purchased up to the conference time. Additional passes can be purchased online. Speak to your sales rep for the discount code.

If a badge is lost, there will be a $35.00 fee to the ticket holder, to have it replaced.

72 hours prior to first show day, The Original CBD Expo Tour will no longer be accepting ticket substitutions. There will be a $50.00 fee if a substitution is made at that time.

No promos will be redeemable on-site.

In accordance with the following terms, conditions, and regulations governing exhibits of The Original CBD Expo Tour the undersigned hereby makes application for exhibit space(s) which, when accepted by The Original CBD Expo Tour Management, becomes a contract. Terms and conditions listed in this CBD Expo Tour Contract and at the: CBDExpo.net a part of this contract. The undersigned agrees to abide by all rules, requirements, restrictions, and regulations as set forth in this agreement or as may be especially designated by The Original CBD Expo Tour Management, the convention center, the official general services contractor as well as any city, state, and federal regulations. Failure to abide by such rules and regulations will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid to The Original CBD Expo Tour under the terms of this agreement. Exhibitors remain obligated to pay any outstanding balances due to The Original CBD Expo Tour.
